Five Most Famous Sports in Thailand

Futsal is among those sports that are gaining popularity in the 21st century. Thailand is among the premier Southeast Asian teams thus far.

Muay Thai

The Muay Thai origin goes back centuries.

Today Thailand is seen as the home of Muay Thai along with kids beginning to fight from six years old to young age. As MMA explodes, Muay Thai gives benefit as it is required to be a full-fledged fighter that has seen training camps around Thailand.

There is a popular sport in each country and Muai Thai can be counted as one of the country’s national sports.


Golf tourism in Thailand is thriving with thousands reaching for affordable golf vacations, add billions to the economy. If you ever have to visit Thailand, you will find a lot of course forms designed by the greats.

Sepak Takraw

Also called Takraw, it is among the fast-growing sport. Malaysia and Thailand are the regions two powerhouse regions in this sport.
